YEEEAAAHH I Wanna Reflect with My Camera!!!!!

A Tiny Puddle of Trees. Polly Nance. Digital photograph. 2012.

I once walked with a purpose;

To document and reflect

That time steals all;

To make the impermanent fragments

Permanent wholes.

I listened to my lens

And heard these unspoken moments.

I found those that were parched with thirst;

And reflected upon those without a thirst.

I hungered with the hungry.

But I did not linger long enough to pity.

The tiniest of tiny have a mighty voice.

And the fragments have much to reveal.

  1. The first oneβ€” I really like the out-of-focus bokeh surrounding the in-focus reflection of the trees, and I’m scratching my head trying to figure out how you did it.

    I’m also thoroughly enjoying “Tinted and Reflected Nature” and “Parched.” Nicely composed and exposed, the both of ’em.

    …also the rest. But those are my three favorites. πŸ™‚

Let me know what you are thinking :)
