Black and White Gatlinburg

My family and I went to Gatlinburg, TN this past weekend (kids had school off today). And what a strange place it is! It’s like Vegas or Disney World… For families. A mountain town with Southern charm, yet full of concrete. One long strip contains all the tourist attractions, including many Ripley’s Believe It or Not attractions. We had a blast but, next time we go, we plan on renting a cabin and enjoying all the beautiful nature Gatlinburg has to offer.

Here are some photos from our trip. My kids favorite thing we did was the Ripley’s Aquarium. I thought it would be sad and disappointing compared to the Georgia and Tennessee Aquariums, but it was far from disappointing! I had fun converting all my aquarium captures into black and white… Gives them an eerie vibe. Hope you enjoy!

    • Yes! It was taken at the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum. It was a motion to screen simulator that mimicked movements to whatever you were doing while they played a song… Took it (that’s me and my iPhone on left) when some girls walked in the room and started dancing πŸ™‚ Thank you for your comment! πŸ™‚
